One Visit Per-Month: $ 65.00

Two Visits Per-Month: $125.00
(Opening your home upon your return is included with the Bi-Monthly Package)

Home Watch Service
Home Inspections Includes but is not limited to the following:

Check security of the home
Full visual inspection of the exterior of the property
Room to Room inspection
Check Air Conditioning & adjust temperature within the home
Moisture checking of surfaces (Wood, Plaster, Drywall, Block, Brick)
Indoor Air Humidity check
Check for leaks at all water sources interior and exterior
Flush all toilets
Check for pest infestation
Confirm pool service
Confirm lawn maintenance and Sprinkler service
Mail collection
Be in communication with the home owner
Rotate Security Lighting (We suggest timers for homes)
Repair minor problems such as loose locks etc.

A complete checklist will be mailed or emailed to you each month. Photographs will be sent of any problem areas discovered.

Opening your home (NO EXTRA CHARGE WITH BI-MONTHLY PACKAGE) $50.00 Charge Without:

Replace patio furniture and grill
Turn on the main water valve
Turn on the water heater
Plug in all appliances and electrical equipment
Adjusting the humidistat and thermostat
Dust and prepare indoor furniture
Adjusting the window blinds and covering
Check video, audio, phone and internet services (if applicable)

Closing your home ($75.00 Charge):

Store or cover your patio furniture and grill, etc.
Clean all bathrooms
Full vacuuming of interior
Wipe all kitchen surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions
Strip, wash and replace all bed linens
Turn off the water heater and all appliances
Unplugging certain appliances and electronic equipment
Adjusting the humidistat and thermostat
Check all windows and doors are locked
Adjust the window blinds and coverings
Check the interior and exterior for any issues
